The complete line controlled by computer system. One step method produces PE plastic items with waste PE plastic and fiber power. Conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrating case, haul-off unit, and taker constitute the extrusion line. Conical twin screw extruder equipped with barrel and screws special for PE wood plastic and DC motor. Haul-off and cutter are all controlled by computer system. Computer automatically controls speed and quality and products, as well as stores relative data in working process.
