3.Electric control system
I. The motor vacuum pump is AC motor.
h.The motor of the oil pump lubrication system is AC motor.
g.Gearbox is adopted parallel tri-axial structure, combine reduction part and distribution part into together, bearings are imported SKF product.
f.Use the hand moves exchange net and fast speed hydraulic exchange net system.
e.Copper casting heaters are used in first and second barrels and exchange net, And casting Aluminum heaters are used in others, barrels are cooled by water.
d.Main motor of the twin-screw extruder is AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed, screw speed is 60-600rpm.
c.Material of screw elements is high tool steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 , hardness of the face is HRC60-64, Material of the barrels is double alloy.
b.The screw elements are connected to the core axle through involute spline.
a.L/D=35-50, diameter of the screw is 35.6mm, trough deep is 6mm,diameter of the barrels inside hole is 36mm.

Motor and feeder are disigned direct-coupled, it contains horizontal mixer inside the feeding hopper.AC motor, imported frequency converter is used to adjust speed.
