Separate screw through the barrel and the groove in combination, can be the following advantages:
Melting process materials to be optimized, so as to enhance the out of production.
The realization of the material melt extrusion at lower temperature.
Identified through the isolation of the shear gap, allowing materials to achieve a good homogenization.
Melting by plastination process control, in other words, only the smaller gap than the isolated particles to enter the melt channel
