1. The line is used in producing aluminum-plastic complex pipes, which are formed by adopting ultrasonic welding and co-extruding in one step.
AL-PE composite pipe consist of an aluminum layer and two plastic layers which are tightly bonded to the alyminum layer inside and outside by means of a special adhesive. We adopt the extrusion technique to make overlayed aluminum plastic pipe in one step. Thus finished pipe is not only high pressure resistant like the metal pipe, but anti-corrosion like the plastic pipe.
