This model extruder special reducers for hard surface of this plastic extruder, 38 CrMoAIA nitriding barrel screws, intelligent temperature controllers, special barrel covers( the
electricity can be saved, up to 30%). Hydraulic pressure or electric on-line screen-changer, movable stainless steel water tank, blower, rotary pellet-cutter, it can be installed automatic
forced feeding equipment.
The master and secondary machines filter the materials twice to ensure high-quality grains and better exhause.
Usage:
Single Screw Plastic granulator is mainly used for extruding PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. It is equipped with relevant molds and auxiliary machinery to form a production line to produce all
kinds of plastic products.
