The extruders drived by D.C motor with a thyrister to stepless regulate. It also equiped with the over-load protection and stoppage alsrming system. The screws core and outside of barrels are cooled by the circulation of oil, the function include vacuum venting and force feeding.
The series extruders with apporpriate screws,dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermo plastic expecially RPVC powder into pipe, plate sheet, film and profile and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.
