     3.With compact structure, high production efficiency and easy operation and maintenance, this assembly adopts helical gear reducer, and the screw and cylinder are made of 38  CrMoAIA  alloy steel and done treatment of  nitrogeniztion. Applying intelligentized automatic temperature-control equipment and frequency conversion speed regulation system, it can regulate in some range according to the raw materials as well as production technics, the driving rate of which can be regulated in order to satisfy all kinds of monofilament production for different purposes.

     2.This assembly is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology by utilizing HDPE &PP monofilaments as its materials.
