Product Details
This series of extruders with appropriate screws, dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic especially RPVC powder into pipes, plate sheets, film and profiles. Additionally, it can also carry out modifying and pellet functions. The extruders are driven by a DC motor with a thyristor to stepless regulator. It is also equipped with overload protection and blockage alarm system. The screws core and the outside of barrels are cooled by circulating oil. Other important functions include vacuum venting and forced feeding.
