Twin Screw Extruder

   Successfully developed by KQCEC of Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, China National Blue Star co., TSSJ(CTSE)-serious Twin-screw Plastics Extruder is machinery with high performance for plastics blending and reactive extrusion processing. The L/D ratio could be 16 - 48 (being multiple of 4). The available commercial standards are TSSJ(CTSE)/32, with a L/D ratio of 32:1, and TSSJ(CTSE)/48, with a L/D ratio of 48:1. TSSJ(CTSE)/32 is mainly used for blending, filling and reinforcing, could meet the requirement of side force-feed, TSSJ(CTSE)/48 mainly for reactive extrusion processing, which has requirements for new look of surface and set residence of time, or for complicate processing of multi-points.
