Tandem EPS Extrustion Line Process qualified PS foam sheet by physical gas forming method with several additives. Feeding of raw-materials, heating up temperatures, cooling down the extruder and screen changers are easily controlled by automatic and pneumatic system, and requires minimized operating personnel. Screw designed for optimum melts conditions and distribution of blowing agent, and ensures a homogeneous foam structure and well closed surfaces.
