Tubes Extrusion Machine

The machine consists in an unique platformon which 3 units are installed:

1. Calibration Unit
2.Takeover Unit
3. Cutting Unit

Usage: Short tubes for cosmetics

Raw Material: LDPE 100% or mixture of LDPE and colorant

Tubes diameter: 20, 30, 41 and 49 mm. The tooling available are for 31 and 41 mm tubes.

Wall thickness: 0.5 mm +/-0.05

Tubes length: 50 - 175 mm

Cutting Tolerance: +/- 0,5 mm

Line Speed: max. 10 m/min

Tube temperature at takeover: max. 30-35 degrees Celsius
