Product Details
To make PVC panels, we can use conical twin screw extruder or single screw extruder.
The conical twin screw extruder can use PVC powder directly.
The single screw extruder is only suitable for PVC granule. So another PVC pelletizer is needed. Normally one PVC pelletizer can satisfy 4 to 5 single screw extrusion lines. So the single screw
extrusion line is much more economic.
The down stream equipment includes: vacuum calibration unit, haul-off, cutter, and stacker.
