PPR Pipe Extrusion Line

Aluminum-PPR Pipe Extrusion Line To overcome the disadvantages of high dilatability, easy rot and distortion features of PP-R pipe, our company developed this Aluminum-PPR pipe extrusion line. This line firstly produce PP-R pipe as the inner layer, and aluminum foil covers on its surface as the middle layer, and then extrude another layer of the PP-R on the aluminum as the outer layer. the aluminum foil is firmly sticked with the plastic layer by the special thermo-glue.

This extrusion line is composed by PP-R inner pipe forming part, Aluminum forming, glue coating part, and outer wall extrusion covering part. Compared with common PP-R pipe, the aluminum-PPR pipe not only have the features of high temperature resistance,easy in connection, but also it has the advantages of low dilatability (1/3 of the dilatability of pure PP-R pipe), anti high pressure,
anti-UV, good anti-impact features in low temperature. These features enlarge the application of the common PP-R pipe.
This line can both produce common PP-R pipe and Aluminum-PPR pipe.
