Inner silicon layer composite production line

Automatic control: by using PLC programmable computer control system, it can realize the programmed control of temperature, extruding quantity, and could automatically measure the drawing and batching length and print the label automatically.

Drawing part: it has adopted pneumatic gripping and the frequency control systems which enable the stable drawing of the pipes.

Diameter setting part: it has adopted vacuum negative pressure setting unit and recycled water spray cooling unit and it is made of stainless steel. The cooling length is 20 meters.

Extruder: it has used direct currents speed regulator, the high efficient unpack format BM screw and simultaneous spiral headpieces.
