Description
This wrapper is designed for automatic alloy wrapping textile fabric wound in roll or flat. The fabric rolls loaded on the infeed conveyor at random are wrapped in a 3-side seal packages, and then the packages are transferred into a shrink tunnel and rapidly heat shrunk. Finally the packages turn out in a tight but soft shape, non-shrink type upon request.
Specification following:
*wrapping capacity: 6 rolls/min.
*wrapping size: Diameter 80mm~350mm,
Width 38" ~ 60" for fabrics wound in roll.
*sealing method: three sides sealing.(thermostatic system)
*power source:12.8KW for the wrapper. 32KW for the heat shrink.
*Pneumatic source: 6KG/cm2, 500L/min.
*Machine Size(LxWxH):3150mmx2800mmx1800mm
