It is gear driven machine, the machine can run at variable speeds between 100 to 400 rpm ,it has it's tapping capacity upto 20mm in corse pitch and 40mm in fine pitch . The spindle of machine
travels upto 100mm (upward and downward automatically) with the help of lead screw
fitted on top of machine.Depth of tapping could be controlled to desire position
and automatically reverse by the limit switch control stoppers.Sindle of the machine is tampered and grounded.weigth of the machine is 250 kgs.Double spindle in the machine which
result as double production of the job , saving of electricity as it driven through only one electric motor, saving in production and labour cost as only one will be required to change the
job.
