FILLING STATION                           :      Servo motor-driven filling process will be carried out volumetrically so as to fill with high-accuracy. . This technology enables the operator to adjust grama-settings on PLC touch-sensitive-screen. *CIP system (clean-in-place / self-cleaning-system) is also carried out automatically trough servo-motor so as to comply with sanitary regulations. Filling station also can be dismantled easily for technical purposes. If there is no product to be filled coming from the hopper then machine gives an audiotory warning message. Filling process is carried out so as to conserve the texture of product through the special flexible nozzles. Filling system is able to fill all kinds of liquids , viscous products and products with fruit pieces.

All components  in the machine (304) and all product contact parts are made of good quality stainless-steel (316) and comply with food grade sanitary regulations. (SEW) Servo motor - driven filling system with high-accuracy contrelled by operator panel. Half mechanic running system , pneumatic component group (SMC) that is able to be controlled by operator panel Easy to use , user-friendly (Panasonic) touch-sensitive-screen able to detect problems and creating solution accordingly.(CIP) system running automatically cleans inside the pumps at the end of production ot getting into a new product to be filled.
