The forming system of this line includes the mould and corrugator.The mould blocks can be easily changed, and for its' cooling, there are two ways as air cooling or water cooling.
Different kinds of extruder can be selected for the production line according to the material properties.For HDPE,you can choose high efficient single-screw extruder. But for PVC,you should choose conical twin-screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder.
It is a fully controlled by computer, with the features such as high and stable output capacity,and highly automatic operation.
This kind of corrugated pipe is mainly used for underground water drainage system.
