Roll Forming Rotary Piercing (punching) units are excellent for applications that require light gauge, high speed, non-critical hole or slot punching. These Roll Forming Rotary Piercing are generally non-driven and are located in front of the rolling mill. They are designed to punch a specific pattern into the strip and incorporate features for improved timing and maintenance of system.

Features:

Alignment pin for quick and easy timing of the punches to the dies. Hardened & ground profile anti-backlash gears. Ground positive rest stops for quick & repeatable set up of punch engagement and tooling gap. Can punch material thickness of .015 to .028. Can be manufactured to run vertically or horizontally.
