Piercer

       This unit employs the structure of two rollers level cross arrangement and two guide shoe vertical arrangement, because of the roller cross arrangement and the same rotary direction, the roller can fit with the billet. During rolling mandrel rotates around the axis and the guide control the ovality. When the rolling finishes, carriage drives the mandrel back quickly and under the assistance of the transfer table and fork, hollow will be separated from the mandrel and the piercing is finished.

       Changing the device of inlet guide makes the billet easier to be in the center, and reduce the eccentricity when piercing the billet in the bite stage, easier to control the precision of the thickness. The roller and guide changing device add a hydraulic locking which is helpful to improve the stability of the hollow quality. Piercer stand employs the separate assembly structure which can reduce the difficult of the processing, transfer and assembly.
