All contact parts with the product are made of SS316 and easily removable for sanitization process. Driven by Ferguson indexer. No-Tube No Fill system. Suck back and positive cut off mechanism for rat tail cut off. Hot air sealing unit and pressing station with double side coding provision. Over Load clutch and Reverse Lock provision for machinery safety. The machine would be provided with position stopper. The design of the machine ensures quick change over system. +/-0.5% filling accuracy. The machine is fully controlled through PLC.
