The dual stage pneumatic valve operates in coarse,fine and dribble (or restart) modes as per the set parametersmade in the filling controller.  Thefilling valve is a stainless steel valve and it is coupled with pneumaticcylinders in series to have coarse and fine opening.

The Filling Controller is a micro-controller basedcontrol circuit. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses theweight during filling. While filling, the loadcell provides continuous outputto the filling controller to control the valve at the required value.
