This machine can work automatically from pouch loading-----vacuumizing, locating filling-----Nitrogen gas filling-----second time locating filling-----spout head washing-----automatic caps
feeding and covering-----caps screwing(frequency converting)-----capping quality detecting and separating to pouch discharging and liquid level controlling. Connected to CIP washing system
and equipped with PLC+HMI control system.
Can add or delete some functions according to the customers' requirements. The machine is specially designed for the filling and cap screwing of the stand-up pouch type products, such as
drinkable jelly, dairy products, juice, drink, ice cream, dairy chemicals and other products.
