PLASTIC EXTRUDING AND FILM LAMINATING UNIT MODEL SJ-FM-1600BTDESCRIPTION:Plastic extruding and film laminating unit model SJ-FM-1600BT is a multifunctionalunit that  takes PE, PP, or PVC as material and laminates  plastic woven cloth.The unit is equipped with advanced mechanical and electric systems throughout all production stages, i.e. from substrate feeding (plastic woven cloth unwinding),laminating to rewinding.These stages can be controlled individually or as a whole.The extruder incorporates automatic temperature control device, pneumatic system,stepless speed adjustment by using famous brand inverters and long life filter.Dualworking position plastic woven cloth unwinder is equipped with an edgeposition controlling device to guide the substrate as well as a longitudinal tensionadjusting device. Before being laminated, the substrate is preheated by preheatingroll. The  chill roll is cooled by circulating water. Dual working positionsemiautomatic  friction rewinder is equipped with length counter, automaticcutting off, adjustable edge trimming cutters and scrap collecting device. Allroll clutches are controlled electrically.The turnover device in laminator is usedfor laminating tubular fabric on both sides simultaneously.
