Can Filling Machine

The machine is designed and produced for packing offset ink into cans. It is composed of feeding table, roller conveyor, automatic weighing and dispensing head. The machine involves almost no labour that delivers cans into the latter production, e.g. vacuum packing. The automatic process enhances the efficiency of production line and sustains the printability of ink.Optional ink tank with gear pump for batch storage & feeding. Pre-heating capability ensures fluent flow & eliminates air bubble for longer ink life. The machine is controlled by programmable logic control. The high precision weighing gives a tolerance of +/- 2%. Speed can be adjustable at 8~12 cans per minute.
