Automatic capping machine

The Ba 54 automatic capping machine has been designed for the serial use during the manufacturing of piece lots with big dimensions. The completely automatic working mode makes the subject machine extremely quick and independent, in fact, one operator only can quietly manage 2/3 machines at the same time. The cutting of the plastic sheath is executed by means of a simple device completely adjustable, allowing in such a way to use plastic with different thickness and profiles. The subject model foresees the installation of the ink jet marking system allowing the marking of the band during the capping operations.
