4 Cylinder Fill master 5000 filling machine

This machine was designed to fill a children's toothpaste into 8 oz. squeeze bottles.
This fully automatic machine features a 10 ft. stainless steel conveyor, diving nozzles for bottom up fill, a suck back system to eliminate product drip and a neck capturing device to insure that the necks of the containers line up precisely with filling nozzles.
The diving nozzle mechanism lowers the nozzles to the bottom of the containers and starts filling as it rises. This action helps to eliminate any voids in the product and cut off any stringing of the product at the end of each fill cycle.
