Coating & Slitting Machine

Coating Machine is used to coat & dry & if required slitting the paper in required dimension. They are AC Driven & PLC Controlled to monitor speed & calculating length. A single roll of x width paper/aluminium foil can be coated, dried and split into x1,x2 ,x3 width paper/foil. Drying is done by infrared heaters which are thyristor controlled. In the end of process one gets his required width of coated/dried & rolled papers.
