Custom Machine for variable pitch machining of bottle scrolls

First in the World Most bottling-line machines have a varying-pitch scroll (highlighted here) to separate out the crowded bottles on the conveyor and feed them into the process machine. The only other way to manufacture this scroll is by a 4-axis CNC machine. The special-purpose manufacturing machine designed by us is an extremely simple generating-type design.
