Honing Machines

Simpletec heavy duty, fully automatic Horizontal Honing Machines, up to 750 mm bore and 6000 mm stroke, are designed for honing of hydraulic cylinders, spun pipe moulds, gun barrels, etc. A variable speed hydraulic or AC motor rotates the component, through a reduction gear unit. The reciprocating honing slide, tool expansion and honing tool rotation are hydraulically operated. These machines are suitable for heavy stock removal and fine finish with high accuracy. Simpletec heavy duty, fully automatic Vertical Honing Machines are offered from 40 mm to 250mm bore and 2500mm stroke.
