Product Details
- The milling head features powerful full function. It affords extremely powerful, rigid performance while in low speed cutting, and excellent stability high speed.
- One piece casting of base, column and ram guideway gives superior rigidity without deformation.
- The loading center of base is of solid constructed with scientific rib reinforced providing excellent stability of loading.
- Quality casings are over FC 30 and FCD 35, which are fully material analyzed prior to casting. Tempering heat treated for maximum wear resistance without deformation.
- C5 class precision ball screw in X, Y axis, incorporated with preloaded double nuts, correctly located al the loading center of slideways for well weight balance. This offers smooth movement without backlash, high positioning accuracy and maximum parts life are assured.
- Table and saddle are fitted with specially designed outer enclosed dovetail guideway. Extra wide span and contact surface for uniform load support. Automatic lubrication system is incorporated, assuring smooth, steady movement and high accuracy.
- Table surface and slideways are normalized, high frequency heat treated. The table T-slot is calibrated then precision ground, to be used as the most precision machining reference.
