Automatic rehanger

In case of any interference in the lines it is possible to disconnect the rehanger and to operate both lines separately.

The synchronization of both lines is made by special synchronizing units which are part of the delivery.

The EMF rehanger will be installed at the end of the killing line. Birds automatically will be transferred from killing to eviscerating line. First the hocks are cut and fixed by means of special clamping units in the rehanging wheel. This wheel transfers the birds to the eviscerating line. By a special synthetic guide and sliding blocks the birds are fixed correctly to the eviscerating shackles.
