Ingredients are taken and muddled up in kneading mixeer to from dough.
This dough passes through the machine to cut dough into balls.
Then it is presse in a hydraulically operated press to form a round Chapatti. This round Chapatti then travels to the oven.
After baking its ready for cooling.
