Dim Sum Steamer

The CE approved Dim Sum Steamer from UK has been designed for maximum efficiency of operation and is manufactured to the highest standards and from the best quality stainless steel.

The gas burner is fitted with a control value, which incorporates a thermo-electric flame failure device.

Each Steamer requires:

1.  15mm water supply - the unit is fitted with a non-return valve
2.  22mm gas supply - the unit is fitted with a 3/4 governor.
3. 1.5" drain - the water is drained away via the normal waste water system.

All units have a stainless steel tubular framework that measures 800mm wide, 1000mm front to back and 830mm high to work surface, with a 500mm splashback.

The heating chamber is fully insulated to retain the heat and to protect the surrounding area.
