The SD100 depositor has an inbuilt mould heating system and mould vibration station with a maximum capacity of 720 moulds per hour.The depositing heads are pneumatically driven and can dose from 2.5g to 512g of pure chocolate. The depositor can use moulds measuring either 280x200x30mm or 300x225x30mm.The entire process is PLC controlled with a touch-screen controller. All major parts of the line are constructed entirely from stainless steel.
