The Single Conveyor Nut Roaster/Cooler is the established bench mark of the Nut Processing Industry. Wolverine Proctor has more units in opertion than all our competitors combined.This design is successfully processing all types of roasted peanuts including blanch roast, in-shell roast, dark roast (for Peanut Butter), hazelnuts (whole and sliced), brined pistachio nuts, various coated nuts, almonds (whole and sliced) and numerous other nut and seed products. Feature List Uniformity of airflow in the roaster results in the most uniformly roasted product obtainable. Easy to operate. Factory preassembly minimizes field erection costs and time. No product movement minimizes splits and abrasion of product being roasted. Most of the roasting air is recirculated for most efficient operation. Every door on both sides is a door which may be opened for unequalled ease of cleaning. Full length, insulated sub-floor separates the heated section from the returning conveyor for ease of cleaning. Heavily insulated housing for minimum heat loss and lowest cost operation. Integral cooling section stops roasting action immediately for best uniformity
