| This machine of high performance divides the dough into equal portion at equal intervals. This unit is equipped with a special dough pressing device to slightly flatten the dough balls, and with a flour siffer to spray them with flour when necessary. These balls are thereafter automatically conveyed to the intermediate Proofer. The required weights of dough balls, can be easily selected by an appropriate built-in device.
