600 / 800 mm detensioning table made in stainless steel, with a set of 3 polyurethane-covered sanitary bands and work width 600-800 mm. The bands speed difference allows disjoining the dough from the band, thus obtaining the dough detensioning. Individual control with speed electronic variation.
