Fabricated with aluminum and stainless steel. Simple cleaning made possible by use of quick action clamps on front panel.
Complete with 6" staniless steel shredding disc 1/4" cut(3/16" cut avail)115 volt, A.c. motor. Model #500 available for dual hard/soft grating capabilities 1/2 hp motor and hard cheese disk .
