Oven Construction
The oven is manufactured and delivered in 1 pc & the oven is constructed from double stainless steel panel with heat insulation. Access to the oven is via two fully swinging hinged doors at the
front of the oven with sight glass. Trolley guides are fitted to the floor of the oven. An exhaust is fitted in the top of the oven & this should be ducted separately to atmosphere.
