Tea polyphenol, catechin, theanine, caffeine, theaflavins tea, saponins and tea polysaccharide are the functional and active components of tea. These components can be retained by MF membrane, and removed the macromolecular material which causes the turbidity of tea. So the sense quality has been obviously improved, liquid is lucent, and the precipitation is disappeared.
