8. BALANCING &VIBRATIONS: Hub assembly will be dynamically balanced within  

193- type 304 for bolds and ASTMA -194 TYPE 304for nuts, Washers and check nuts.

7. HARDWARES: The complete hardware in Hub Assembly will be of Stainless Steel ASTMA

2. FRP LAMINATES: The minimum mechanical strength of epoxy FRP laminates offered for FRP blades manufactured by us as per IS Specifications are as under.

Fiberglass with Epoxy Resin combination has been chosen to give optimum Strength, stiffness, durability characteristics, resistance to weather, ultraviolet degradation etc. Each blade will be painted with anti-corrosive paint and extra Coating will be provided at the leading edge to prevent erosion while in operation in humid atmosphere of the Cooling Towers.

Pressure bag moulding technique method will be used to produced hollow FRP Blades which will be free from any metal insert, Porosity, Entrapped air etc.

1. BLADE: The axial flow propeller type fan blade having variable pitch is aerodynamically designed to achieve minimum 85% efficiency from the latest range of aerofoil section. The structural design of the blade is designed to with Stands the effects of the steady and fluctuating load in operation, with a liberal margin of factor of safety, which is more than ten times of the operation loads.
