The inner ring has 12 blind holes and an O-ring to help prevent wash out due to flow.

The screen has two heavy duty middle support rings to prevent bulging due to high drilling pressures encountered downhole.

The rod diameter of the screen is 1/4 for maximum strength.

The top of the screen is open, allowing drilling mud to pass through freely with a minimum of washing problems.
