Since it's established 1982, SHINHAN PRECISION has achieved brilliant growth, and now SHINHAN has become one of the leading manufacturers of die casting parts having a good reputation in Daegu.
Ourcompany is covering 6,326 square meters. Presently, we have 8Die-casting Machines that are one 800ton, five 350tons, one 250ton. We have five senior engineers and one special technical
manager, who have more than ten years experience in die-casting. We also have the complete quality control management system which is ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001. They can be competent for all kinds of
complex works. Its produce ability per year can be arrived at 221,000 PCS. Our company has the complete working procedure for preparing, melting casting and finish machining of aluminum ingots. Its
products have passed the Quality Checking Office and wholly meet Country standard.
Since our beginnings over twenty years ago, SHINHAN PRECISION has enjoyed steady growth and increasing productivity. That trend continues today as we pass the $15 billion won mark in annual sales
with no end in sight. SHINHAN employs more than 95 people working two shifts in order to keep up with the demand for our products.We produce a highly-reliable product on time at a very competitive
price. This recipe for growth has made SHINHAN PRECISION a recognized leader in die-casting, precision machining and sub-assembling for a wide range of industries.
Also, we have machines and workers for trimming and deburring process. We have shotball machines, sand bottom machines, sand paper rollers and trimming presses. Critical finishes, intricate
passageways and sharp edges intersecting at extremelyclose-tolerance dimensions demand an experienced touch. And we have machines for machining process. 19 NCs, 15tapping centers and 2 machining
centers.
Presently,our company is main service for Gates Operations and Honeywell international. At the meanwhile, we produce housing compressor, back plate, fan spacer, base, arm, throttle body
ets.
