Forging

Before starting the production dies are preheated to about 350 Degree Centigrade and sample piece is forged to verity dimensions are as per product drawing. Now cut piece are bought from the cutting shop and charged into the furnace and are heated to 1100 Degree-Centigrade to 1200 Degree-Centigrade in furnace equipped with temp. controller and indicator. Heated stocks are placed on the die manually. No. of drops given to hot metal to get required shape.
