The copper-clad steel conductor is an alternative upgrading product of pure copper conductor which has passed "SGS" and "AOV" certification and meets RoHS requirements. Note: According to
the customers' demand for the strength of the copper-clad steel conductor, the company can use steels of different strength grades to make the steel core wire.
Application areas:
1. Braided shielding wires of power cables;
2. Overhead lines for power transmission and telephone lines;
3.Conductors of telephone communication twin-core cables;
4. Carrier cables and trolley lines of electric railway and rail transit lines;

Product description:
1. The extensibility of the product is over 15%, similar to that of a copper conductor.
2. It is characterized by softness, sever resistance, as well as a smooth and bright surface.
3. It has the same color as a copper conductor, and its surface color will never fade. It can also be exposed to the air for three months without any oxidation, which improves its appearance.
4. There are no knots, which facilitates mold processing, improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity and the waste of raw materials, and creates more profit for customers.
