OVERVIEW
The TRANSONIC RKT-3000 Ultrasonic Wire Cleaner is a production tool designed specifically around the need to clean wire during or following the drawing process. The RKT 3000 processor assembly uses ultrasonic transducer elements arrayed radially around the circumference of a 6.0" diameter process tube. Wire is passed through the tube following drawing and exposed to a very high intensity ultrasonic field. This methodology will improve cleaning over traditional "wipe methods" significantly and often enhances throughput and improves productivity by permitting higher line speeds.  

Remove oil, dust, carbon from wire after drawing. Ultrasonic cleaning is the best method for this & can clean wires on line.
