Product Details
a. Keep the color coated steel sheet far from water and sunshine .It is advisable to store them indoors.
b. Should the color coated steel sheet be rained or dewing, please dry them as soon as possible so as to remove humidity.
c. Keep the inventory as the same as it shipped from factory, do not stock as piles so as to protect the coating layer.
d. It is strongly recommended to consume the steel sheet that comes into the inventory earlier. Otherwise, pollution, scratch and color aberration may arise as steel sheet produced at different
date mixed together.
e. Transport the steel sheet as it shipped out of factory. Releasing the cushion and reversing the package is highly harmful.
f. When unloading the steel sheet or steel coil, rubber cushion and lift must be adopted for the sake of avoiding scratch.
g. Clean the carriage of transporting the color coated steel sheet and add rubber cushion or adopt protective instrument .
h. Vertical packaging is advised for transporting color coated steel sheet. Coil down ending machine should be used to put the coils horizontally.
i. Steel sheet and coils should be fixed well prior to transportation ,otherwise they will move and cause scratch.
j. When take out color coated steel sheets, do not pull. Otherwise, flash of cutting section and edge will cause dent and scratches.
Requirement for transporting the color coated steel sheet
a. Remove the remainder and roast attached to the parts in stamping processing as they may cause scratch ,dent and reduce the durability.
b. As the outer edge of curved part could be elongated after processing, slight wrinkle may be generated, but not a problem yet. Maximizing the curving rate of processing part could eliminate this
defect.
c. Thickness of coating layer should be taken into account when setting the clearance between punch and die.
