WELDED STEEL PIPE

The large diameter pipes are made of a rolled steel plate. After cutting to a specified size, a steel plate is pre-bended to edge crimped and rolled into a pipe form on a bending machine. The seam is tack welded and followed by automatic submerged arc welding process from both inside and outside. Once the pipe is finished, it is hydrotested and x-rayed to ensure high quality of welding and materials.
