NATURAL GAS PIPES

Manufactures natural gas pipes using medium density polyethylene resin. These pipes are yellow. Among the general characteristics of polyethylene, flexibility allows the pipes have superior impact resistance, therefore polyethylene pipes are widely used for inner-city gas distribution lines.

Polyethylene natural gas pipelines are being installed by electro-fusion and butt-fusion techniques. Fittings for these systems are imported from Europe.

Natural gas pipes are manufactured in coils up to ?25 mm. and in 6 or 12 mt. net lengths above 125 mm. size. Standard coil length is 100 mt.
